“Every $1 spent sorting pages is a $1 spent building the case”

The records land out of order, packed with duplicates, scanned sideways, and split across a dozen providers.

Before anyone can prep the QME, catch a causation gap, or put a number on a settlement, someone on your team burns two days just getting the file into shape. The hearing date doesn’t move. The clock keeps running.
The Problems
records-spread-chart_v3
two-days-breakdown_v2
Records come from the PTP, specialists, therapy, imaging, pharmacy, and the carrier, in separate productions months apart. Reconciling them is the job before the job.
Every RFA and every UR determination matters to the dispute. They sit scattered across thousands of pages with no index pointing at them.
Prior injuries, non-industrial conditions, and earlier claims decide the rating. They surface only if somebody reads the entire file, closely.

Why firms pick WHITE AI

Everything the big platforms make hard, we made simple.

Try it before you talk to anyone.

Start a free trial, run your own file, and judge the output yourself. No enterprise rollout, no six-week onboarding, no sales gate.

Built for Workers' Compensation Firms.

01

Multi-provider reconciliation

Overlapping productions from separate providers are resolved into a single timeline. Duplicates are removed rather than restacked.

02

RFA and UR history in sequence

Treatment requests and their determinations are pulled into date order, so the dispute reads as a sequence rather than a scatter.

03

Apportionment-relevant history surfaced

Prior injuries, earlier claims, and non-industrial conditions placed in the record where they can be read, not discovered at the hearing.

04

Traceable to the source page

Every entry carries the page it came from, page-labeled and Bates-numbered, so nothing in the summary is unverifiable.

05

Your template, configured once

Output is built to the structure your office already uses, file after file, without being asked for again.

06

Priority queues you control

Your priority levels, not ours. Say which case cannot wait, and the queue will reorder behind it.

Attorneys can now win more cases.

Walk into the MSC knowing the file

The chronology is finished and verified before the conference, not assembled the night before it.

Depositions that cite themselves

Every fact you raise has a page number attached, so a challenge to the record is answered in the moment.

QME and IME packets ready to send

Records arrive in a structure an evaluator can work from, which shortens the loop between referral and report.

The platform

Eight things WHITE does that you would otherwise do manually

Select any capability to see what is under it.
01

Document Boundary Detection

Finds where one record stops and the next begins inside a single continuous scan, so a production becomes a set of documents instead of a stack of pages.

02

Duplicate Detection

Identifies the same record arriving from a second, third and fourth source and keeps one copy – rather than restacking all four.
03

High-Volume OCR

Records prepared in a structure an evaluator reads from, sent as a clean packet rather than a raw production.
04

Record Date Extraction

Pulls the date of service off each record and uses it to build the true chronological order across every production.

05

Perspective-Aware Output

Sets out what each side of the record says — treating physician, UR, QME and IME — instead of flattening them into one voice.

06

Bates Numbering & Marking

Applies page headers, section markers and Bates numbers so every line of the summary points at a page you can open.

07

Priority Queueing

Your priority levels on the upload. The file with the hearing on Thursday moves ahead without anyone having to ask.

08

Quality Dashboard

Shows what was processed, what was flagged for Human QC, and what shipped,  file by file, in one place.

09

Intelligent Document Completion

WHITE AI identifies gaps caused by incomplete or unclear uploads, analyzes the surrounding context to reconstruct the missing information, and completes the record. If confidence is low, it automatically flags the section for Human QC review.
FAQs

Questions firms ask before the first file.

What is AI medical record review for workers compensation?

Software that reads, sorts, and summarizes the medical records in a workers comp file, then routes the result through a human verification process before delivery. WHITE turns a raw PDF into a sorted, searchable chronology and a clinician-verified summary written for your seat, whether you are an attorney, adjuster, TPA, or insurance carrier.

Is the output AI or human reviewed?

Both, in that order. AI sorts and drafts. A trained reviewer verifies the chronology and the summary before anything ships. Every record passes through four verification gates. You never receive raw, unchecked AI output.

How does WHITE sort records from multiple treating physicians?

Each document is identified by provider, facility, date of service, record type, and page count, then placed in date order across the full treatment history. When the same record appears from more than one source, WHITE flags the duplicate and keeps one clean copy in the working set.

Does WHITE handle cumulative trauma cases with decades of records?

Cumulative trauma and cumulative injury files often run into the thousands of pages across dozens of providers and years of treatment. WHITE processes files up to 5 GB with no page limit, and the chronology orders every encounter by date regardless of how many providers or how many years the file spans.

How fast is turnaround?

Turnaround is configured by priority. Standard delivery runs 24 hours. Same-day delivery is available on rush files. You set the priority at upload and the turnaround follows it.

. What do I get back?

A sorted, Bates-numbered, hyperlinked PDF chronology. If you choose Sort and Summarize, you also receive a verified Word summary. Everything arrives in your own template format.

Does it work for QME and AME prep?

Yes. Summaries are written for the seat you are working from: attorney, QME, AME, IME, or carrier. The record reads the way you need it for the role you hold in the case.

Can I upload records I already received from opposing counsel or a carrier?

Yes. WHITE accepts any PDF. Upload the production you received, whether it came from opposing counsel, an insurance carrier, a TPA, or directly from a provider. The system sorts, deduplicates, and organizes it into a working chronology. Think of it as record retrieval that is already done, just not yet organized.

Who uses WHITE for workers compensation case management?

Attorneys managing litigation caseloads. Adjusters reviewing open claims. TPAs processing volume across multiple carriers. Defense firms preparing for depositions. Any role that touches a workers compensation medical file and needs it organized, searchable, and verified.

. Is WHITE HIPAA compliant and secure?

Yes. WHITE is SOC 2 certified and HIPAA compliant, with a BAA on signature. Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, each client is isolated, data retention runs seven years by default, and your records are never used to train models.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. A 14-day free trial, up to 2,000 pages a day. Sign up, upload a file, and see the sorted output and summary before you talk to anyone. No credit card required.
