PURE AI TOOLS
Fast output | Generic format.
- Output in a fixed format. Your team reformats every time.
- AI summarizes records but does not know what your case needs to prove or disprove.
- No human review layer. Causation gaps, contradictions, and missing treatment windows go unflagged.
- Same output whether you represent the plaintiff or the defense.
The speed is real. The case awareness is not.
AI speed | Human accuracy | Tailored format.
- AI models trained on years of plaintiff and defense outputs. The system knows what to surface for each side of the claim.
- Causation chain mapped: injury to treatment to damages. Gaps and contradictions flagged before delivery.
- Every output is reviewed by a certified medical professional who verifies clinical accuracy, logical coherence, and alignment with the case theory.
- Output built to your exact specification. 25+ active configurations. No two clients receive the same format.
TRADITIONAL SERVICES
Human review | Slow timelines.
- 3- to 4-week turnarounds on complex files your case needs now.
- Quality depends on the individual reviewer. What one reviewer catches, another misses.
- No technology layer to systematically flag causation gaps, treatment contradictions, or missing providers.
- High per-page cost. Difficult to scale at volume without sacrificing consistency.
What every California WC defense attorney should know before trusting AI-generated medical record reviews.
WHO WE SERVE
Medical record review built for how you work.
Four distinct workflows with different volumes, timelines, and output requirements. We configure each one at onboarding and maintain your setup from there.
A chronology that needs reformatting costs your paralegals time they do not have.
We configure your chronology template at onboarding: your columns, your structure, your citation style. Every file after that returns in your format. Personal injury, mass tort, plaintiff, and defense work are all handled under the quality standards.
- Firm-specific chronology template configured at setup
- Hyperlinked source citations on every chronology entry
- Pre- and post-incident separation as standard
- Deposition summaries included as a standard service
- Mass tort volume handling with consistent output across claimants
- Human QC review on every file before delivery
Thousands of claims. One consistent pipeline.
We manage the full intake-to-output pipeline for TPAs and carriers: deduplication, IME prep, utilization review, and bill review. Your adjusters receive clean, organized, decision-ready output on every claim.
- Automatic deduplication across all incoming records
- Consistent output format across jurisdictions and claim types
- Utilization review and medical necessity analysis included
- Bulk SFTP intake configured for high-volume claim environments
- Bill review and itemization available as part of the workflow

- Medical chronology and narrative summaries for claim evaluation
- Utilization review to assess treatment appropriateness
- Bill review and itemization to identify unsupported charges
- IME coordination and scheduling support
- Output configured to your internal review and reporting format
- HIPAA-compliant handling across all claim files
Workers' Compensation cases need a reviewer who understands the system. Not just the records.
We have handled workers' compensation files across both sides of the claim since 2002. Our reviewers understand the clinical and procedural context that WC cases demand: AOE/COE disputes, multi-year treatment histories, permanent disability ratings, and the difference between what the plaintiff and defense need from the same record.
- Plaintiff and defense handled by the same team to the same standard
- Multi-year, multi-provider claim histories organized and indexed
- Medical necessity and utilization review aligned with WC standards
- Bill review and line-item itemization for WC billing disputes
- IME and QME report support with AOE/COE documentation review
- Permanent and temporary disability documentation structured for rating
