AR Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze outstanding accounts and insurance claims.
• Review denied and rejected claims to identify the root cause.
• Work on claim corrections, resubmissions, and appeals as required.
• Analyze denial trends and identify recurring issues.
• Review EOBs/ERAs to understand payment and denial details.
• Take appropriate action to resolve denials and reduce outstanding AR.
• Coordinate with coding, charge entry, payment posting, and other teams for claim resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of denial actions and follow-ups.
• Prioritize accounts based on aging, balance, and denial category.
• Meet productivity, quality, and resolution targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in US Healthcare AR/Denial Management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims, denials, EOB/ERA, and AR processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of denial codes and claim resolution processes is preferred.
• Willingness to work US shifts
