AR caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
• Follow up on unpaid and pending claims.
• Check claim status, payment status, and expected payment dates.
• Contact insurance representatives to obtain claim updates.
• Document call details and follow-up actions accurately.
• Identify issues such as claims pending, rejected, or requiring additional information.
• Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Requirements:

• Experience in US Healthcare AR/Medical Billing preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of US insurance and medical billing processes.
• Willingness to work US shifts
